Casa de Moneda
Casa de Moneda was recognized by the Ministry of Women, Genders, and Diversity with the ‘Sello Igualar.’ This distinction was awarded to 7 public and private companies out of the 35 that are part of the initiative. The recognition was granted for the active implementation of actions aimed at achieving gender equality standards to create inclusive and violence-free workplaces.
The “Sello Igualar” is an instrument designed by the National Program Igualar, part of the Ministry of Women, Genders, and Diversity. It proposes organizational transformation based on an initial diagnosis, which Casa de Moneda submitted in the month of March. The development of an Action Plan is being carried out by the Gender and Diversity Sector in collaboration with other areas.
The implementation of leave for gender-based violence, leave to ensure access to comprehensive health care based on gender identity, the existence of the “Escuela Infantil La Monedita”, and the training agenda on gender and diversity matters at CMA, are some of the actions carried out by CMA.
The first companies to be distinguished were Aerolíneas Argentinas, Nucleoeléctrica Argentina S.A., Nación Seguros S.A., Nación Servicios S.A., Banco de la Nación Argentina, AySA, and Casa de Moneda.
