New President of Casa de Moneda

According to Decree 90/2023, published on December 27 in the Official Gazette and signed by the President of the Nation, Javier Milei, and the Minister of Economy, Luis Andrés Caputo, Daniel Rubén Méndez has been appointed as the new President of the Casa de Moneda Argentina to complete the term of office ending on December 22, 2024.

According to Decree 90/2023, published on December 27 in the Official Gazette and signed by the President of the Nation, Javier Milei, and the Minister of Economy, Luis Andrés Caputo, Daniel Rubén Méndez has been appointed as the new President of the Casa de Moneda Argentina to complete the term of office ending on December 22, 2024.

Daniel Méndez holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Belgrano. He has a long career in the private sector, notably with over 27 years at Philip Morris International, where he reached the position of Sales and Marketing Administration Manager. From 2016 to 2020, he was the Manager of Projects and Market Development at Mercado Central, and until his appointment as head of CMA, he worked as an independent financial advisor.
