ISO 9001:2015 Certification of Quality Management System

Casa de Moneda received the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certificate for expanding its scope to "Graphic products with security measures and variable data printing" at the Retiro Plant, maintaining the scope of "Manufacture of banknotes, passport booklets, coins, medals, and vehicle registration cards" at the Retiro Plant, and "Banknote printing and license plate manufacturing" at the Don Torcuato Plant, granted by Bureau Veritas. With this expansion, 100% of Casa de Moneda's products are now certified.

The delivery ceremony was attended by the President of the Mint, Mr. Angel Mario Elettore; the Director, Ms. Cristina Tchintian; the General Production Manager, Diego Oller; the Manager of Development of Valuable Items, Laura Feider; the Manager of Programming and Productive Inputs, Fernando Guerrero; the Production Manager of Values at the Retiro Plant, Adriana Álvarez; the Production Manager of the Don Torcuato Plant, Hugo Perez; the Strategic Planning Department, Silvia Saccomano and Cinthia Amarilla; and authorities from Bureau Veritas.
