CMA certified the ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System and ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System standards
Casa de Moneda received the certificates for the ISO 14001:2015 – Environmental Management System, and ISO 45001:2018 – Occupational Health and Safety Management System standards, from IRAM. The scope includes banknote printing and license plate manufacturing at the Don Torcuato Plant, and quality control of inputs and products in the laboratory, administrative activities, and the preparation and storage of security inks at the Retiro Plant.
The certifications were presented alongside the workers from various production areas at the Mint, both at the Don Torcuato Plant and the Retiro Headquarters.

The certification of these international standards reaffirms our commitment to quality, the environment, safety, and the health of all our workers. It is part of the path of modernization and continuous improvement embraced since the beginning of our management.
The delivery ceremony was attended by the President of the Mint, Mr. Angel Mario Elettore; the Vice President, Ms. Marina Pecar; the Director, Ms. Cristina Tchintian; the General Production Manager, Diego Oller; the Manager of Programming and Productive Inputs, Fernando Guerrero; the Production Manager of Values at the Retiro Plant, Adriana Álvarez; the Production Manager of the Don Torcuato Plant, Hugo Perez; the Strategic Planning Department, Silvia Saccomano and Mariela Contigiani; and authorities from IRAM.”
