On Wednesday, April 5th, with the presence of its Vice President, Marina Pecar, Casa de Moneda received the Silver Level Public Management Quality Medal corresponding to the 29th edition of the National Quality Award, granted by the Subsecretaría de Fortalecimiento Institucional de la Secretaría de Gestión y Empleo Público.

The National Quality Award, established by Law 24,127, is a recognition to state organizations that work to improve their policies and contribute to the generation of public value.

For the nomination for the award, the Strategic Planning Management developed a report on CMA’s management model that accounted for the actions carried out by our organization in issues related to:

•          Strategic planning

•        Internal and external communication

•        Management evaluation

•        Diversity and inclusion with a rights perspective

•       Relationship with citizens and customers

•       Process management

•       Focus on system interoperability

•       Response in the Covid-19 context

The document went through a satisfactory evaluation stage followed by an audit.
