New President of Casa de Moneda Argentina

According to Decree No. 38/2023, signed on January 20, 2023 by the President of the Nation, Alberto Fernández; and the Minister of Economy, Sergio Massa; Ángel Mario Elettore has been appointed as the new president of Casa de Moneda Argentina.

According to Decree No. 38/2023, signed on January 20, 2023 by the President of the Nation, Alberto Fernández; and the Minister of Economy, Sergio Massa; Ángel Mario Elettore has been appointed as the new president of Casa de Moneda Argentina to complete the legal period that expires on December 22, 2024.

Elettore is a public accountant graduated from the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba. He has a postgraduate degree in Tax Control, Administration Powers and Taxpayer Rights from the Universidad de Castilla and he participated in the International Visitor Leadership program on “Transparency and Accountability in Government” of the Office of Educational and Cultural Affairs of the Department of State of USA.

He is a professor at the Universidad Nacional de Cordoba and the Universidad Católica de Córdoba, among other teaching positions. He’s the author of several articles and books on his specialty. He participated as a speaker in different congresses and seminars in Argentina and abroad. He has a long and prestigious career in public service and has been, among other important positions, Minister of Finance of the province of Córdoba between 2003 and 2015.
