CMA received certifications for ISO 37001 and ISO 37301 standards
The President of Casa de Moneda, Ángel Mario Elettore, along with the Strategic Planning Management team, received the official certificates for ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management System and ISO 37301 Compliance Management System from representatives of TUV NORD.
In this way, CMA sets a national milestone among state organizations and becomes the first and only Mint in the world to achieve both certifications, demonstrating the company’s strong commitment to ethics, transparency, and anti-bribery efforts in its operations.
The ISO 37001 standard establishes the requirements for an anti-bribery management system, enabling the implementation of effective measures to prevent, detect, and combat any corrupt acts within the organization.
On the other hand, ISO 37301 focuses on the compliance management system, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, thereby ensuring a commitment to integrity and good practices.
By implementing and obtaining certifications for these standards, Casa de Moneda aims to strengthen its reputation as a trustworthy and ethical company in the industry, a goal requested by the Minister of Economy, Sergio Massa, to the new administrative management of the Mint.
CMA is on a path of modernization, improvement, and international market openness, which requires these types of steps that position the company with the highest standards in front of business partners and customers, enabling it to generate better business opportunities.
