Casa de Moneda Argentina participated in The Currency Conference 2023 in Mexico City.

This event is the foremost of its kind globally, bringing together officials, authorities, and representatives from central banks, currency issuance and distribution departments, as well as monetary authorities, mints and leading currency industry providers from around the world to their experience.

On behalf of CMA, Adriana Alvarez, the Manager of Currency Production, and Federico Ramos Napoli, the General Manager of Digital Business, participated in the event. Federico Ramos Napoli was invited to join the panel on Use Cases of Digital Currencies and the Importance of User Experience.

During the conference, Federico Ramos Napoli talked about the challenges and the need to overcome the dichotomy between cash and digital money, particularly focusing on the younger generation, who are expected to be the primary users in the near future.

It’s an honour for Casa de Moneda to be part of this international event that recognizes and positions CMA at a global level.
